Il gruppo nasce nel 2006 per una passione verso il funky progressivo degli anni '70 e '80, quelli di Michael e Randy Brecker, i due fratelli che nel 1975 formarono i Brecker Brothers con il primo album intitolato "The Brecker Brothers".
